ALL PRICING IS STARTING COST AND SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR EXTRA PRODUCT/TIME NEEDED, THIS WILL BE DISCUSSED DURING CONSULTATION BEFORE SERVICES RENDERED, PLEASE KNOW THERE WILL NEVER BE ANY STICKER SHOCK AT THE END OF YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH RANDOM ADD ONS.

Cancellation Policy

I have a cancellation policy in place to protect myself and my business as well as setting healthy boundaries for a thriving client/stylist relationship. My policies are for protection, not punishment.

I understand sometimes life happens and I try to be as flexible as possible with cancellations. These are my terms and conditions and they will be upheld and enforced when applicable.

DEPOSIT:

I require a one time $50 deposit for all new clients upon securing your spot with me, deposit is non-refundable but will be subtracted from your total after our completed service.

If services are cancelled WITHIN a week of the appointment date your $50 deposit is non-refundable and you will be required to pay an additional $50 deposit to reschedule, this second deposit is non-refundable and will also be deducted from your appointment, for a total appointment credit of $100.

After a 3rd consecutive cancellation I have the right to refuse future services, unless I agree to the services booked being paid in full BEFORE the appointment date to protect my time and business. Service cost will be NON-refundable in the event of another cancellation or no show, at any point leading up to the appointment date.

I require a card on file for all clients for collecting deposits/cancellation fees. Card information will be collected at, or before your appointment and I reserve the right to charge your card according to these policies.

CANCELLATION:

In case of cancellation or reschedule a 48 HOUR notice is mandatory and I must be contacted directly at (503)884-6368 as well as a direct confirmation from me stating I received your notice.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment is considered a “no call,no show” the deposit is NON-refundable and I reserve the right to charge your card on file 50% of your scheduled service total.

REFUNDS:

Because the time and product I spend preforming your service can never be regained, I do not offer refunds. I do however offer complimentary adjustments within one week of your service being preformed. After this grace period, you agree there will be no refunds or complimentary adjustments and additional charges may apply for additional services.
